Payment by credit card
To ensure maximum payment security, online transactions for your credit card purchases are processed with Verisign certification, via a secure server that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. When you pay for your order by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure (SSL) page on the website of the bank handling the transaction. On this page, you can enter your card details (number and expiration date) in a completely secure manner. The data is transmitted directly to the bank, offering you maximum protection. Unlike in a traditional store (where your card details are shared with the cardholder, clerk, or waiter), online transactions are completely secure because no one (not even us) can access the credit card codes used by its customers. The code is used only for the payment transaction; If the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate; we only receive a receipt number from the bank. The credit card number is not recorded in any of our archives. * Griffeshop reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g., landline number) or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. With your PayPal account
PayPal works very similar to a regular bank account. After opening an account, you can send or receive money and make quick online payments. PayPal also meets the highest security standards on the market and has anti-fraud technologies that protect every transaction. If you already have a PayPal account and decide to purchase using this method, after submitting your order, you will be directed to the PayPal checkout page (secure and SSL protected transaction) where you simply enter the login credentials you chose when registering with PayPal. If the requested documentation is not provided, Griffeshop reserves the right to refuse the order.
Payment by advance bank transfer
If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to the bank details provided after placing your order (within 24 business hours of placing your order). Please note that the goods will be held until we receive proof of payment (paper receipt or online transfer confirmation). You must send us this via email (these details will be provided during the order process) no later than 3 business days after the order is accepted. The reason for payment must include the reference number, the date of transfer, and the name/surname of the person placing the order. The Advance Bank Transfer payment method does not incur any additional costs for the order.
